Jon Crocker
Chief Executive Officer
Hello, I am Jon Crocker, a creative digital marketer and strategist with a passion for the field. I hail from North Carolina and currently reside in Tampa, Florida, where I have been leading marketing efforts for Compass. Before joining Compass, I founded a content creation company in Key West, Florida, producing marketing materials for large-scale companies. I have also worked as a producer for Burke Communications.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communications from East Carolina University, where I minored in Political Science. I bring a wealth of experience to the table, including expertise in brand strategy planning, print and event marketing, digital advertising, vendor implementation, and budget management. I am also skilled in leading teams and ensuring successful project completion.
I am an avid attendee of the InFocus conference, where I network with and learn from top professionals in the marketing and creative industries. I am confident in my ability to bring my unique skills and experience to any marketing effort and contribute to its success.
Callie Brakefield
Chief Administrative Officer
Hi there! I’m Callie Brakefield, and I’ve been a trusted executive assistant for over 13 years. I’ve worked with top executives in various industries and just recently became the Chief Administrative Officer at Crocker & Co. People know me for my efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
As the CAO, I’m in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly at Crocker & Co, from managing our finances and HR policies to overseeing all the support staff and services. I love the variety of responsibilities that come with the role, from the mundane to the exciting.
I was born in North Carolina and raised in Florida, and I started my career in my early 20s working for the Florida Association of District School Superintendents. I even had the opportunity to work for now State Senator Bill Montford! After that, I worked with former Florida Representative, Carlos Lacasa, at MCNA Dental in Fort Lauderdale.
When I’m not busy at work, I love to spend time with my fiancé Jon Crocker, his daughter, and our dogs. You can usually find us playing at the dog park in our neighborhood, cooking up a storm, or taking a leisurely walk in Channelside.
